I attended the MileStones Gala at the Museum of Science last night to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Part of my work as Ms. Wheelchair Massachusetts is to support organizations that provide services related to physical disabilty issues. Although I do not have MS myself, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in advocating for the needs of all wheelchair-users, as well as the chance to promote the achievements of people with disabilities.
