Profile: My Personal Trainer, James Finn


Part of my physical fitness routine involves strength training two to three times a week. I have a personal trainer who helps me with weights and nautilus. His name is James Finn, and he volunteers at the South Shore YMCA Partnership Program. James works as a Personal Trainer at local gyms, and he is finishing up his studies at UMass Boston.
