Join me for Healthy Kids Day at the South Shore YMCA Quincy Branch on Saturday, April 28, 2007, from 12-4 pm -- Rain or Shine! I will be giving out information on the Partnership Program, signing autographs, and getting in pictures! This will be a fun day of swimming, fitness demonstrations, nutrition information, games, food and much more. Open to YMCA members and the public at no charge.
